- Activity — games joined, groups managed, bookings, payments.
- Optional — phone number, WhatsApp link, skill level, location.
- Payments — handled by Stripe; we never store full card numbers.
How we use it
- To operate the service: bookings, waitlists, payouts, notifications.
- To improve the product based on aggregate, anonymized usage.
- To send transactional and (with consent) marketing emails.
Sharing
We share data only with the processors that run this service (hosting, database, payments, email). We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
- Update or delete your profile from your account settings.
- Request a copy or full deletion of your data at privacy@racketgame.ai.
- Unsubscribe from marketing email at any time.
Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and routine security scanning. No system is perfectly secure; report issues to security@racketgame.ai.
