By using racketgame.ai you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You must be 16 or older. Under 18 requires a guardian's consent.
- Provide accurate information; impersonation is not allowed.
Acceptable use
- Be respectful to other players, organizers, and facility staff.
- No harassment, hate speech, spam, or illegal activity.
- No scraping, reverse-engineering, or abusing our APIs.
Bookings, payments, and refunds
- Game costs are split equally among participants.
- Refunds follow the cancellation rules shown when you join a game.
- Payment processing is handled by Stripe under their terms.
- Facility payouts use Stripe Connect; payout timing follows Stripe schedules.
Group managers & facility owners
- You're responsible for the games and venues you publish.
- Set fair cancellation policies and honor confirmed bookings.
- You agree not to misrepresent venues or pricing.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew on the stated interval until cancelled. You can manage or cancel any time from your billing page. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.

racketgame.ai is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Recreational sport involves physical risk; play at your own risk.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
